Inter Milan came from behind to win a thrilling 3-2 victory over Napoli in stoppage time

Lautaro Martinez scored a goal in the first minute of stoppage time, leading Inter Milan to come back from a two-goal deficit and win 3-2 in an amazing match at home in the Italian Serie A competition against Napoli on Saturday, while Roma rose to the top of the standings with another last-minute victory over Atalanta.

Napoli seemed on their way to victory when they led by two goals to none thanks to a brace from Matteo Politano and Rasmus Hoylund in the 53rd minute, but Martinez's first goal halved the difference, then Marcus Thuram equalized eight minutes before the end of the match.

Both teams had excellent opportunities to score the winning goal after that, but it was Inter who took advantage when Martinez fired the ball into the net at the far post after a corner kick.
