The New Taipei City Government actively promotes the stationing of the police station in the Sanchong Second Administrative Center, which is a great announcement of a major upgrade of police software and hardware, but it is inevitably controversial about the hasty move. It is reported that many floors of the newly built building are still in the "rough house" construction stage, and the overall project has not been completed at all. The police officers were not even able to use the formal dressing room on the floor and were forced to use the temporary mobile toilets. There were problems with the office and physiological needs environment.

It is reported that various detailed construction and interior decoration projects on site are still in progress simultaneously. The fine dust flying in the air, as well as the high concentration of formaldehyde and other harmful substances remaining after decoration, directly threaten the respiratory tract and physical health of colleagues who have been stationed in advance. While the overall ventilation system and air-conditioning equipment have not yet been fully tested, colleagues are required to be exposed to an environment full of harmful chemicals for a long time, which will undoubtedly put a huge burden on the health of front-line police officers.

In addition, many areas inside the building are still under high-level construction, and there are many potential safety hazards on site. The police stationed in the office should be responsible for maintaining public order, but now they are faced with the dilemma of having to be careful of falling objects on their heads at all times during daily work, or tripping over construction materials while walking. Some colleagues even laughed at themselves, "Do I have to wear a construction site helmet at all times when working?" Colleagues at the grassroots level privately expressed that the psychological pressure of working in such an environment is huge, which may affect the efficiency of daily work and official operations.

If the relocation operation is carried out too hastily before a complete legal use license and industrial safety acceptance have been obtained, the personal safety and long-term health of the early office colleagues may be exposed to unnecessary worries and huge risks. Relevant units should carefully evaluate the overall project progress and implement improvement measures before moving in, so as to truly protect the basic rights and interests of colleagues.
