DPP Taichung mayor candidate and legislator He Xinchun held a press conference on mountain line policy at the campaign headquarters today (2nd). He Xinchun said that in the future, through "Bungo's three major new policies, Tanya Shen's three major upgrades, and Shancheng's three major attacks", he will work closely with the central government and promote construction at full speed to revitalize Fengyuan's central position in the region, let the mountain line show its vitality again, and drive the balanced prosperity of Greater Taichung.

He Xinchun, together with city councilors Xie Zhizhong, Zhou Yonghong, Xiao Longze and Cai Chenggui, as well as city councilor candidates Zhan Zhixiang, Cai Yixuan and Chen Yingchen, jointly proposed the policy vision of "333 Fengyuan Mountain Line Big Innovation". He Xinchun said that Fengyuan was once the seat of Taichung County and also the administrative, commercial and transportation center of the Mountain Line. After the merger of the county and city, the transportation, industry and public services in the various districts of the Mountain Line lacked a complete connection and development layout.

He Xinchun pointed out that the "Three New Deals in Bungo" will start from transportation, industry and youth entrepreneurship, strengthen the connection function between Fengyuan Station and transfer station, and promote the three arrows of the major road network plan, including accelerating the approval of the MRT Red Line to Fengo, planning to extend Houli, and adding Speed up the construction of the Houli branch of Fengyuan Hospital and launch the Fengke axis planning; review public transportation routes, build a circular bus network, improve punctuality and service quality; accelerate the completion and opening of the Dongfeng Expressway to revitalize Fengyuan's status as a transportation hub. In terms of industry, with Fengyuan as the core, it connects Houli Zhongke Park to the north to create a "high-tech industrial innovation axis", connects Shengang and Daya to the west, and connects Tanzi to the south to form a "precision technology innovation axis."

He Xinchun said that the "Three Major Upgrades of Tan Ya Shen" will accelerate urban suture and rail construction, integrate urban planning, improve the road bottlenecks at the junction of Tanzi and Beitun, Daya and Xitun, Shengang and Fengyuan, promote circular buses and smart traffic control, improve commuting and school safety; accelerate the planning and construction of the MRT Orange Line, and connect Taichung Airport, Zhongke and Feng Tan Yashen golden industrial corridors through the Fengke axis.
