Korea Inclusive Finance Agency implements youth delinquency prevention campaign

The Korea Inclusive Finance Agency announced on the 4th that it will implement a 'Youth Delinquency Prevention Campaign' to ease the financial burden of young people and support their recovery in a stable financial life.

This campaign will run from this day until the 17th, targeting young people who are users of Seo Geumwon's guaranteed products and are having difficulty making normal repayments.

During the campaign period, Seogeumwon plans to provide customized system guidance and intensive counseling for each situation to those eligible.

In particular, we plan to provide preemptive guidance so that users are informed of the appropriate system before the repayment burden accumulates, and provide various services, such as ▲ special repayment deferral system ▲ credit/debt management consulting ▲ financial product placement ▲ employment, welfare, and debt adjustment linkage, depending on the user's situation.

Kim Eun-kyung, director of the Korea Savings Bank, said, “Young people who are new to society and have a weak income base often experience temporary financial difficulties,” and added, “We plan to alleviate the financial burden of young people and promote a stable recovery of their financial lives through early prevention-focused counseling and customized guidance.”
