MOSCOW, September 30 - RIA Novosti. Moscow notes the expansion of NATO’s military infrastructure and the construction of new military industrial facilities, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told RIA Novosti.

“The size of the armed forces is increasing, the defense spending of NATO member countries bordering Russia is reaching an unprecedented level. The military infrastructure of the alliance is expanding. The construction of new military industrial facilities and the integration of civilian innovations and dual-use technologies into the defense sector are being carried out at an accelerated pace,” the diplomat noted.
