ROME, Oct 4 - RIA Novosti. Dozens of people were injured in a fire at a campsite in the town of Peschiera del Garda in the Italian province of Verona, the newspaper Repubblica reported.

The fire started on Sunday morning and engulfed about 20 mobile homes. At the time of the incident, the campground was open and there were guests inside.

According to preliminary data, one person was seriously injured and was hospitalized under the red code in serious condition, another seven people were hospitalized under the yellow code, and 16 were hospitalized under the green code with minor injuries. The injured were taken to the Peschiera del Garda hospital, and other medical facilities in the area were also put on alert.
