Huang Guochang responded, asking Su Qiaohui, an insider, not to speak in layman's terms. She is a person who studies law. According to the company law, "directors" are originally the person in charge of the company. According to the provisions of the "Public Officials' Conflict of Interest Avoidance Act", the law must be disclosed. Failure to disclose is illegal. The evidence of illegality is clear. Huang Guochang said that so far, no matter from Su Qiaohui, the National Development Council, or even the Taiwan Enterprise Bank, the most important question has not been answered. Why did Su Qiaohui's sister buy a share for 0.5 yuan when Queshi Intelligent increased capital, and the taxpayer bought a share for 13 yuan? All the losses are at the expense of the national treasury, and all the profits are at the expense of their family. This is not profit-making. What is profit-making? This is not breach of trust.
