[Reporter Liu Renwei/Taitung Report] "2026 Asian Classic and Equipment Benchlift Championships", Chen Weirou, who won the gold medal in the 47kg open women's category, returned from Istanbul, Turkey. Since she is a professional soldier, she returned immediately after reporting to the army. The Nanwang tribe also held a motorcade parade and was warmly welcomed by the tribe members. Not only is this tribe known as the "Golden Melody Village", but now it has a fitness champion. Although the permanent population is small, almost all the people at home greet them at the door. The rich tribe members are also very affectionate.

The Nanwang tribe is called the "Golden Melody Village" because many singers such as Chen Jiannian and Ji Xiaojun have won many Golden Melody Awards, but it is actually a "li". Peng Jingjia, the head of the local Nanwang tribe, told all residents in the radio last night: "Our champion, Nanwang's daughter Chen Weirou is back! Please greet her at the door!"

Soon after the village chief informed, as the motorcade approached, cannons and firecrackers were fired along the road. Chen Weirou, who was in the car, was wearing the Olympic flag, wearing a tribal wreath and excitedly waving to the tribesmen along the road. Her two uncles also waved and loudly announced to the tribesmen in Mandarin, Taiwanese and Beinan languages. In the tribe, this is the "highest level" of praise. Local people with the surname Lu said that although it is important to win the world and bring glory to Taiwan, "what if we don't let the tribe know about it?"

Chen Weirou said that today's achievements are thanks to the guidance of the coach, especially the support of his family and tribe. When he heard my country's Olympic anthem played at the event venue, he thought of his tribe and family, and he felt very moved. Ten years ago, Chen Weirou represented the country in fitness competitions when she was a student at Gongdong University of Technology. Although she did not participate in the competition again during the mid-term and was injured, she later joined the army. She performed "joint brave drills" in the army to maintain her physical strength. She trained with bricks in her spare time and "carried bricks in the army." With the support of the army and tribes, she was always diligent, and she successfully won the gold medal.
