When her back was turned to him and she was unable to defend herself, he attacked her from behind again. He not only put his hands around her waist, but also put his breasts against her back and even touched her buttocks and other private parts. The woman was so disturbed that she decided to call the police. Mr. Wang argued that he stood behind her to demonstrate in order to teach her how to pack meals faster.

However, in the prosecutor's investigation, in addition to the woman's testimony, there were also evidence such as communication software conversations between the two parties, witness statements, photos, identification records, and sexual harassment complaint materials. They determined that Wang's behavior constituted sexual harassment and initiated a public prosecution. During the trial in the Taichung District Court, Wang changed his story and admitted that the judge recognized that Wang took advantage of the other party's unpreparedness at work to infringe on the other party's bodily autonomy. Among them, three consecutive crimes in one day were committed at the same time and at the same location, and he was punished with one crime.

As for the crime committed the day before, it was a different crime and should be punished separately. Wang Nan finally confessed to the crime, but has not reached a settlement with the other party so far.
