Man in his 40s arrested for stabbing and murdering junior Go Seong-seo

Gyeongsangnam-do Goseong Police Station announced on the 15th that it arrested Mr. A, in his 40s, on charges of stabbing a local junior to death (murder) during an argument while drunk.

Mr. A is accused of going to the house of Mr. B, a local junior in his 30s, in Goseong-gun at around 12:25 pm on the 12th and stabbing part of Mr. B's body with a weapon prepared in advance.

Mr. B evacuated to a nearby gas station and was taken to the hospital, but he died.

The police urgently arrested Mr. A at his house close to the crime scene 27 minutes after the incident.

Mr. A was found to have stated to the police, “It was because of bad feelings that had been building up and a fight (before the crime).”

The police plan to forward Mr. A to the prosecution after investigating the exact motive for the crime.
