Talking about intervening in the investigation and preserving evidence, Shen Boyang further said why the standard operating procedures for the response of the victim's parents today should also be included. The city government cannot use privacy as a reason every time. When the victim's parents ask for help, they either don't show it or ask others to see it themselves. It is very abhorrent to shirk responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that full authorization is obtained legally.
