The diplomat's daughter and her husband will stand trial for massacre of relatives

The daughter of the famous diplomat Viktor Beletsky, Valeria, and her husband Alexander, who are accused of reprisals against close relatives for the sake of inheritance, will appear before the jury in a Moscow court. REN TV reports this.

The criminal path of the Kuzmins began in the early 2000s, when Viktor Beletsky died. The diplomat's widow, Rimma, soon remarried and gave birth to two sons to the new man. This did not please her daughter Valeria, who did not want to share her father’s inheritance with anyone. She came up with a plan to kill her stepfather, but both assassination attempts were unsuccessful. Soon the woman’s mother divorced her new husband. Then the Kuzmins, as investigators believe, decided to get rid of other close relatives.

In 2013, Rimma Beletskaya herself and her two sons, 12 and 10 years old, disappeared. At the beginning of the investigation, the woman’s lawyer drew attention to the suspicious behavior of her eldest daughter - she allegedly was not worried about the disappearance of her mother and brothers, claiming that they had fled. Valeria and her husband were detained 12 years later. They were accused of a triple massacre, as well as an attempt on the life of their stepfather.

Now the criminal case of the Kuzmins totals 69 volumes. Their fate will be decided by a jury.
