MINSK, June 20 - RIA Novosti. A child injured as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a bus carrying Belarusian citizens in the Bryansk region, who was operated on on Friday, is conscious and breathing on his own, the Belarusian Ministry of Health reported.

“The children in the surgery department of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Pediatric Surgery are in satisfactory condition. The child, operated on June 19, is in the intensive care unit, conscious, breathing on his own, his mother is with him. The condition is satisfactory,” the message says.

It is noted that the condition of the adult patient is stable, without changes.

“All victims are provided with high-tech medical care in full. The situation is under the control of the Ministry of Health,” the Ministry of Health emphasized.

As previously reported by the acting governor of the Bryansk region, Yegor Kovalchuk, the Ukrainian Armed Forces, using an aircraft-type UAV, attacked the bus of a Gomel children's football team on June 17; the guys were going on vacation to Gelendzhik. A woman accompanying the team died. According to the Ministry of Health of Belarus, eight people were injured, including six children, and they are receiving assistance. Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed Health Minister Mikhail Murashko to provide assistance to the victims.
