The Taitung County Government promotes the "Pilot Project for Digital Student ID Cards (Combined with All-in-One Card Electronic Tickets) for Seventh-Grade Junior High School Freshmen", covering 22 junior high schools in the county. It is issued to seventh-grade freshmen in the 115 school years. It is expected to issue about 1,500 digital student ID cards. It has diversified functions and is more convenient for students to use.

County Secretary-General Lu Xiechang said that this project originated from the suggestions put forward by representatives of the 6th Children and Youth Consultation at the "Taitung County Children and Youth Welfare and Rights Promotion Committee Meeting". After the meeting, the Education Department assisted in promoting the trial implementation. With one card in hand, students can not only use it for on-campus and on-campus consumption payments, but also use it as an electronic ticket for taking the Taiwan Railways, urban buses, and highway passenger transportation. If they apply for a "Taitung TPASS Commuter Pass" in the future, they can also directly bind it to the card and use it, allowing them to enjoy the convenience of unlimited rides on public transportation within the county. In addition, the county's YouBike smiling bicycle system also supports the one-stop prepaid card for renting and returning bicycles. Students can use the same card simultaneously whether traveling, connecting to and from school, or riding during holidays, greatly improving the convenience of daily commuting and life.
