DPP Taipei mayoral candidate Shen Boyangming will hold a campaign headquarters inauguration meeting on the 4th. President Lai Ching-te, Vice President Hsiao Meiqin, and Legislative Yuan Caucus Chief Cai Qichang will take the stage to give speeches. As for the "Taipei Ocean Current" project, which was launched on September 30, more than 170,000 people have received "crew certificates" so far (on the evening of the 3rd). On September 30, Shen Boyang invited President Lai Ching-te to unbox the campaign headquarters first. On the same day, he launched the "Taipei Ocean Current" project, inviting supporters to receive a "crew certificate" through LINE to participate in every car sweep and municipal lecture event. According to feedback from netizens on the Threads platform, more than 170,000 people have received "crew certificates" so far, and the "crew members" include former President Tsai Ing-wen.

According to the itinerary announced by Shen Boyang's team, the inaugural meeting of Shen Boyang's presidential election will officially begin at 2 p.m. on the 4th. Vice President Xiao Meiqin will give a lecture at 2:40 p.m., and Cai Qichang, chief convener of the Legislative Yuan Caucus, will give a lecture at around 3 p.m.
