Lavrov called accusations against Moscow over the drone in Leipzig the beginning of the war

Accusations against Moscow regarding a drone discovered at the German Leipzig airport can be considered the beginning of a war. As reported by RIA Novosti, the country's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated this in a conversation with journalist Pavel Zarubin.

“Leipzig, airport... We found some kind of drone there. They said it was a Russian drone, but no one bothered to look into it. This, in general, is, by and large, the beginning of such a real war. They expelled the Consulate General from Bonn and announced that they had terminated the agreement. The Russian House in Berlin is being closed. I remember that before the start of the Second World War, the Great Patriotic War, or rather, the Germans also closed their diplomatic missions,” said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, commenting on the incident.

Lavrov called such actions “absolutely unacceptable” and stated that Western countries “want war again.”
