因此,豐島區今年7月與提供收購服務的Cultures Japan公司旗下品牌MY SUITCASE及「日本鞄材」簽署合作協定。

區公所製作以英語、中文、韓語等多國語言介紹兩家公司服務內容及聯絡方式的傳單,並分發至區內住宿設施及量販店等場所。

MY SUITCASE在店面提供回收行李箱服務;日本鞄材則會派員前往住宿設施,每個行李箱收費2500日圓回收。

此外,豐島區也利用池袋西口公園及「豐島區民中心」的大型電子看板,以多國語言宣導不要非法棄置行李箱。

豐島區計劃在本會計年度內制定附帶罰則的條例,並希望從下一會計年度開始實施。

豐島區環境政策課課長澤田健司表示:「希望借助民間力量,進一步強化相關措施。」
