專案小組調查,販毒集團為逃避警方查緝,承租桃園市鬧區某高樓住宅不同樓層作為毒品製造分裝據點,以一條龍方式「自產自銷」,由黃嫌負責採購大麻膏、大麻花及俗稱「喵喵」之第三級毒品原料與相關加工器具,黃、王2嫌再共同於住宅內進行分層加工,將大麻膏及大麻油加工製成大麻煙彈、大麻花製成大麻捲菸,並將「喵喵」毒品製造分裝成毒品咖啡包,隨後透過通訊軟體聯繫毒品買家,於桃園、新北等地區進行毒品交易,專案小組8月再查獲陳嫌等7名毒品買家,瓦解毒品集團。

保三總隊指出,查扣查獲大麻花毛重3049公克、大麻油毛重3029公克、大麻煙彈126 支、第三級毒品「喵喵」原料約1公斤、大麻煙彈電子煙主機235支、大麻種子、毒咖啡包、大麻捲菸、140萬2500元現金及相關製毒設備等。
另外,專案小組查緝發現,黃嫌亦為電子煙主機大盤商,現場共查扣吸食大麻煙彈所用之電子煙主機竟高達235支,及時阻斷該批毒品及電子煙主機流向市面。
