Pamfilova announced the results of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the State Duma elections

“The Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 37 mandates, 32 in the federal district and five in single-mandate seats,” Pamfilova said.

Elections of deputies to the State Duma of the ninth convocation and other elections combined with them were held from September 18 to 20. In total, on a single voting day in 2026, 20.7 thousand deputy mandates and elective positions were filled. Russian President Vladimir Putin previously called the upcoming State Duma elections the most important domestic political event in the country.
