EKATERINBURG, September 15 - RIA Novosti. The Russian Ombudsman's Office records all crimes in Kyiv, sends reports about them to international organizations and waits for a reaction, said Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Yana Lantratova.

The Federal Ombudsman noted that the international community still does not react to Kyiv’s crimes against civilians.

“But we record every fact of human rights violations. And in any case, we send all the documents, everything that we have, to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Human Rights Council and all international structures. And we are still waiting for an objective assessment by the international community of these crimes,” Lantratova said during a tour of the exhibition “Catastrophe of Memory. Neo-Nazism in the 21st Century” on the sidelines of the International Youth Festival in Yekaterinburg.
