“社交平台推送了一条广告给我,大意是‘亲子国庆出游不操心,全家住玩全包只要670元起’,我查看了广告发布主体,是某知名景区的官方账号。但查看房源时,发现实际预订价格与广告宣传相差很大。”消费者严女士分享了自己的经历。
广告来自一个包含数家酒店、数个亲子乐园的景区。按照严女士的理解,所谓“住玩全包”的意思是包含酒店住宿与乐园门票,最低房价670元一晚。当她打开广告关联的订房小程序时,始终找不到标价为670元的房型。仔细查找后发现,国庆假期的最低房价为每晚798元,且不包含早餐和乐园门票。同样的房型,如果增加两张乐园成人门票,定价涨至962元;如果想去两个乐园,房费飙升至1968元。
