The Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case of terrorism after a UAV attack in the Bryansk region

Investigators opened a criminal case of terrorism following an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Bryansk region.

As a result of the UAV attack in Trubchevsk, 12 people were injured, including nine students of the Trubchevsky Polytechnic College.

Investigators and criminologists are establishing all the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved in the terrorist attack.

MOSCOW, September 30 - RIA Novosti. Investigators have opened a criminal case of terrorism following an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Bryansk region, as a result of which seven college students were injured, official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee Svetlana Petrenko told RIA Novosti.

On Wednesday, the governor of the Bryansk region, Yegor Kovalchuk, reported that as a result of a UAV attack in Trubchevsk, 12 people were injured, including nine students of the Trubchevsky Polytechnic College, seven of them minors.

“A criminal case has been opened for a terrorist attack (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) in connection with an attack by Ukrainian armed forces, as a result of which college students were injured,” Petrenko said.

According to the department, in Trubchevsk, Bryansk region, with the help of a UAV of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, they attacked a tanker truck located near a dairy plant, as a result of which civilians were injured, including seven students from the Trubchevsky Automotive Technical College, located not far from the enterprise.

Petrenko added that the number of victims is being clarified.
