泰國方面,蕭光偉指出,泰國近期發布強化外籍人士入出境及移民管制措施,從今年8月28日起施行「2026年總理府驅逐規定」,規範外籍人士倘涉及針對非法入境、逾期居留、非法工作、非法經營事業、偽造或行使偽造政府公文等觸犯5年以上有期徒刑之犯罪,於服刑期滿出獄後,將遭驅逐出境,也可能遭禁止再次入境。
