Tottenham wins first EPL season in 7 games... Coventry 3-1 down

English professional soccer Tottenham Hotspur reported its first win of the Premier League (EPL) season in seven games, led by James Maddison's goal on his return from injury.

Madison, who started as a starter for the first time in 1 year and 5 months, scored the first goal in the 14th minute of the first half with a curling shot after receiving a pass from Mohamed Kudus.
