"Grain security for the world, smart chain for the future" China International Cereals and Oils Expo opens in Xiamen

The theme of this exhibition is "Food Security for the World, Intelligent Chain Future", with an exhibition area of 40,000 square meters and nearly 700 exhibitors. A total of five exhibition areas have been set up, and special highlight sections such as the nutrition and health exhibition area and the artificial intelligence exhibition area have been innovatively created.

Among them, the "Nutrition and Health" exhibition area closely follows the relevant arrangements of the Healthy China Action, focusing on the low GI food and whole grain product sectors, and focusing on displaying the cutting-edge results of the entire chain from raw material research and development, diet regulation to healthy living guidance.

The artificial intelligence exhibition area brings together domestic leading artificial intelligence companies, bringing computing infrastructure, industrial intelligence solutions, multi-modal recognition technology, smart grain storage, supply chain digital twins and industrial large-scale model products, providing underlying support for the digital transformation of grain and oil production lines, promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and the entire industry chain of grain and oil "production, purchase, storage and sales", and providing cutting-edge technology references and practical examples for the digital transformation of the grain and oil industry.

This exhibition has a special rural revitalization exhibition area to help expand sales of special grain and oil products in poverty-stricken areas. The exhibition also attracted many overseas exhibitors to bring special grain and oil products to the international exhibition area.

The mascot of the exhibition - "Liangbao" was officially unveiled at the opening ceremony that day. "Liangbao" is designed in a golden color that represents the harvest, conveying the beautiful vision of a bumper harvest and becoming the cultural IP highlight of this exhibition, adding a strong cultural flavor to the exhibition.

Since its inception, the China International Cereals and Oils Expo has always followed the exhibition purpose of "marketization, specialization, and internationalization" and has been successfully held for 21 times in 12 cities across the country. Qing Lijun, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of COFCO Corporation, said that the exhibition is not only an important platform for docking and collaboration of the entire grain and oil industry chain, but also a frontier window to showcase industry innovation results and grasp the direction of industry development.
