President Vladimir Putin on Saturday signed a decree awarding Sobyanin the title of Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation.

“Sergei Semenovich is a Hero of Labor. He deserves it like no one else, of course. Moscow is the capital of the earth,” Simonyan said in an audio message on a channel on the Max platform.
