Pioneer Town is a national rural governance model town and a national-level agricultural industry strong town. Zhang Yanming, deputy director of Heshanping Campus of Chongqing Jiangjin Rural Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship College, introduced that the rural anchor incubation station was established under the leadership and guidance of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Cyberspace Affairs Office and the Jiangjin District Party Committee Cyberspace Affairs Office, with Heshanping as the fulcrum covering the entire Pioneer Town. Based on the actual development, the station has established a "1+1+1+N" position layout, namely 1 village broadcaster training center, 1 village broadcaster exchange salon center, 1 new media post-production and operation center, and N material shooting locations in Pioneer Town, aiming to comprehensively present the results of rural revitalization through the Internet.
"Rural revitalization has moved from the construction era to the operation era. Hardware investment alone is not enough. The value of local resources must be truly brought into play." Zhang Yanming is an entrepreneur who has returned to his hometown. According to reports, in September 2025, he and his team returned with successful experience in many places and launched the overall operation of the Heshanping rural group. Since 2025, she has been operating a short video account with local feelings, using her mobile phone as a "new farm tool" to promote rural tourism and local agricultural products live.
