The Deputy Prime Minister addressed the participants of the seminar on national implementation of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) in a video.

“Issues of ensuring biological safety and countering various threats in this area occupy an important place on the international agenda,” Golikova said in a video message.
