Nanyao Temple, a designated historic site in Changhua County, will hold the "Bingwu Year's Opening Ceremony of Three Mothers and Ten Assembly Mothers' Jiaotou Prayer Tour" on October 3. The nine-day and eight-night blessing tour will depart from Changhua City, spanning Nantou County and Wuri District, Taichung City, and visit nearly a hundred jiaotou villages. Nowadays, there are reports of fraudulent groups recruiting volunteers under false pretense. Lin Shixian, chairman of the circuit and mayor of Changhua, said that the circuits are organized by Nanyao Palace and co-organized by 10 Mazu associations. Among them, the Sun Moon Lake tour is also co-organized by the Yuchi Township Office, yacht-related associations and related units, and no external units are authorized to recruit volunteers.
Lin Shixian pointed out that he has recently received feedback from the public that someone is recruiting volunteers under the name of Nanyao Palace. The public is requested to confirm with Nanyao Palace directly. You can call and ask, or check through the official platform of Nanyao Palace. If there are any unknown sources asking for personal information, payment of fees, remittances, purchase of items or recruitment of volunteers, do not trust or cooperate easily.
Lin Shixian said that the "Bingwu Year Kaiji Three Mothers and Ten Assembly Mothers' Jiaotou Prayer Circle" event will be held from October 3rd to 11th. Before the circuit, a three-day "rooftop" will be held. It will depart on October 3rd and 10th. At 2 p.m. on October 5th, a "Waterway Blessing" will be held in Sun Moon Lake. The Mazu sedan chair will be taken on a boat to pray around the lake. On the day of returning to Changhua City on October 11th, a "traditional real-life art convoy" will accompany the tour.
Lin Shixian pointed out that the "Changhua Mothers" belief circle has not only been in Changhua County since ancient times, but also includes Nantou and Fenyuan. This time, the "Kaiki Sanma" and the "Shihui Mothers" are specially invited to go on the tour together and personally visit every corner and village head to bless and pray for peace.
Changhua Nanyao Temple "Bingwu Year's Opening Ceremony of the Three Mothers and the Tenth Assembly Mothers' Jiaotou Prayer Circle" will be held at Fengshan Temple in Zhangpuliao, Nantou on October 3, at Mingjian Songbailing Shoutian Temple on October 4, and in the afternoon of October 5 at Sun Moon Lake's "Fuyin Haishan" "The sun and the moon reflect blessings" and will be stationed at Daihua Hall of Yuchi Qilin Palace, Yutian Palace in Caotun on October 6, Nantou Neilu Qingfu Temple on October 7, and Nantou San on October 8.
