In response to public reports on social platforms that there was a suspected fire in a movie theater in Kaohsiung, during the evacuation process, it was found that the escape exit door on the first floor was locked? Questioning the impact on escape safety! The Gao City Public Works Bureau sent personnel to the site to investigate this morning, and it was initially confirmed that the door leaf could be opened and escape would be unobstructed.

The Public Works Bureau explained that after on-site inspection, people reported that the door on the first floor was not a fire door. On-site personnel actually tested the opening function of the door and confirmed that it can be opened normally without the use of keys, swiping cards or other special methods in the direction of escape from the indoors.
