이 대통령은 이날 엑스(X·옛 트위터)에 올린 글에서 "정 전 대표께서 전당대회 직후 자주 만나고 싶다고 하셨다"면서 이같이 밝혔다.
이 대통령의 설명은 한 누리꾼이 지난 1일 만찬 회동에 대해 "청래 좀 그만 괴롭히시라. 다구리(집단 몰매) 해놓고 불러다가 '우린 공감한다' 그러시면 너무 잔인한 듯'이라고 말한 것에 대한 반박 과정에서 나온 것이다.
