The second natural resource conservation and intensive utilization demonstration county (city) creation work organizes counties (cities) with a high level of conservation and intensive utilization and experience in certain innovative practical results to carry out demonstration creation, and guide counties (cities) to promote the conservation and intensive utilization of natural resources model, technology, system and management innovation based on the main function positioning.
