The vehicle had slightly entered the turning track, and paused slightly in front of the zebra crossing. At this time, the woman surnamed Chen, who was walking slowly and alone behind, saw this and misjudged that the bus had to stop and give way, and hurriedly jogged forward. Unexpectedly, at this moment, the huge passenger bus continued to move forward.

In the next second, Mrs. Chen was unable to dodge and was directly hit by the side. She lost her balance and fell to the ground. Her body was immediately trapped under the right front wheel and the bottom of the car, leaving a terrifying and impactful trajectory. Mrs. Chen's injuries were quite serious and she was not out of danger. The hospital was doing its best to rescue her.

The Highway Bureau stated yesterday that after the Taipei District Supervision Office sent personnel to Guoguang Passenger Transport for inspection, they believed that drivers failed to implement stops and error confirmations when driving at intersections, indicating that the company's management responsibility for its drivers has not been fully fulfilled.

The case has been investigated by the police in the jurisdiction and found that Gong Nan did not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. They will continue to collect surveillance cameras, driving recorders and on-site evidence, and produce a "Preliminary Analysis and Judgment Form of Road Traffic Accidents" in accordance with the procedures.
