The investigation found that Fu Junsheng was the chief of the utilization management section of the Metropolis Development Office and was transferred to the Zhongzheng District Office as the district chief two years ago. During his tenure as the chief of the utilization management section, he was responsible for the approval and demolition of illegal buildings. He met Qian Taifeng, the natural disaster emergency rescue contractor of the Keelung City Government. On July 15, prosecutors searched 31 places including the Keelung City Government Procurement Center and the Keelung City Council. After analyzing the relevant evidence in the case, the prosecutor determined that Fu Junsheng, the acting technician surnamed Chen, the secretary surnamed Chen, and the head of the economic construction section surnamed Liao who followed Fu Junsheng from the Metropolitan Development Office to the district office were involved in crimes such as the Corruption Crime Ordinance. Yesterday, he directed the Keelung City Investigation Station of the Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Justice to go to the Urban Development Office to investigate the case, and simultaneously searched six offices including the Zhongzheng District Office. They interviewed Fu and other five people and a witness to the case, and the investigation was under way overnight.
