The Ministry of Emergency Management dispatched a rescue team to reinforce the debris flow disaster relief in Gyirong County, Shigatse, Tibet

After the debris flow disaster occurred in Jilong County, Shigatse City, Tibet, the Ministry of Emergency Management dispatched the national production safety emergency rescue team for cross-regional reinforcements to fully support local rescue efforts.

On September 4, three national work safety emergency rescue teams of 39 people, including the National Work Safety Emergency Rescue Survey Team, the National Tunnel Emergency Rescue China Communications Construction Chongqing Team, and the National Tunnel Emergency Rescue China Railway Second Bureau Tibet Team, were divided into two groups. According to the unified deployment of the forward command headquarters, they continued to deploy control monitoring points in the disaster area, build a "ground radar + aerial aerial survey" three-dimensional early warning system, conduct real-time analysis and judgment of secondary disaster risks, and make every effort to ensure the safety of rescue operations.

One group advanced into the core area of ​​the port, set up portable slope radar monitoring points, and simultaneously carried out drone aerial photography operations to monitor and control the mountain deformation dynamics in real time, providing full safety monitoring guarantee for the on-site rescue team.

The other group adheres to the core monitoring area of ​​the upstream barrier lake. On the basis of continuing to guard the barrier lake dam, the south bank landslide, the corner mountain at the bottom of the ditch downstream of the barrier lake, and the original monitoring points on the No. 2 slope of the barrier lake in Guoba Village, a new high-risk monitoring area for geological disasters is added on the northeast side of Jilong No. 2 Mingdong, and high-precision terrain aerial surveys of the corresponding areas are completed to achieve monitoring of high-risk areas without blind spots.

So far, a total of 192 hours of monitoring have been carried out, and 3,520 sets of data have been collected; 150 drone sorties have been dispatched to continuously carry out cyclic observations.
