Today and tomorrow, the northeast monsoon will gradually weaken, and the water vapor will decrease and the temperature will rise; from Monday, the northeast monsoon will strengthen again, and the north and northeast will turn to cloudy and sometimes cloudy showers, and the temperature will drop slightly. The central, southern and southeastern areas will have little impact, and it will still be cloudy to sunny with local brief thundershowers in the afternoon, and it will be hot during the day and have a large temperature difference between morning and evening.

The Central Meteorological Administration pointed out that the northeast monsoon weakened today, and it was still slightly cooler in the morning and evening in various places. On the windward side, there were local brief showers on the north coast of Keelung, the eastern half, the Hengchun Peninsula and greater Taipei. It was cloudy to sunny in other areas, and there were also local showers in the afternoon. The temperature difference between day and night was large in the western half, with daytime temperatures rising to 32 and 33 degrees south of Taoyuan, and high temperatures in the eastern half. Maintained at 30 and 31 degrees; in terms of air quality, the central part is "orange alert", the north, Zhumiao, Yunjianan, Gaoping and other places are "average", Yilan and Huadong are "good"; the northeast monsoon will increase or decrease in the next week, the high temperature in northern Taiwan will drop slightly, and there will still be local showers in the afternoon in many places. The development of the Pacific low pressure in the later period needs to be paid attention to.

Meteorological experts pointed out that the first wave of northeast monsoon will gradually weaken today and tomorrow, and the water vapor will decrease and the temperature will rise. However, there will still be heavy rainfall in places in Greater Taipei and the eastern half. The second wave of northeast monsoon will affect it from Monday to Wednesday. The tropical disturbance in the South China Sea is expected to move towards Vietnam and will not develop into a typhoon.

The Kanto region of Tokyo experienced October-level chills on the 10th, with the highest temperature of only 22.5 degrees and the lowest temperature of 17.7 degrees, setting a record for the coldest autumn this year, even lower than Sapporo's 23.7 degrees. Temperatures dropped by more than 8 degrees, leading to chaos in streetwear, a surge in demand for hot food and a surge in use of laundry dryers. The Meteorological Administration forecasts that it will be colder on the 11th, reminding the public to pay attention to the temperature difference.

Affected by the northeast monsoon, there are local brief showers on the windward side of northern and eastern Taiwan. There are thermal convective rainfalls in the central and southern mountainous areas in the afternoon. The temperature distribution shows a difference between the north and the south. There will be a trend of tropical disturbance development in the ocean next week, which requires continuous observation.

Jia Xingxing, director of the Taiwan Integrated Disaster Prevention Engineering Technology Consulting Company, pointed out that due to the impact of the extremely strong Holy Ninja, Taiwan has a high probability of high temperatures from September to November, and rainfall signals converge from September to October, with mainly less rain. At the same time, sea temperatures at low latitudes have high heat content, and a monsoon trough is brewing. A dual system is brewing. Tropical depressions or typhoons may occur in the South China Sea and Guam. Industries such as agricultural water resources need to adjust their strategies.
