On August 27, the couple disappeared. A week later it turned out that they had been shot and dismembered. This was done, according to preliminary data, by a business partner. He invited the couple to a night meeting, where he shot them twice with a pistol. After that, he dismembered the bodies, packaged them and buried them on his property in the village of Lobanovo.

During interrogation, the man confessed.
