The condition of the victim in the incident in the Dzhidinsky district of Buryatia, where a father wounded his son in the leg with a shotgun while trying to save him from a bear, is assessed as moderate, the press service of the Republic’s Ministry of Health told RIA Novosti.

Earlier, the unified duty dispatch service (EDDS) of the Dzhidinsky district told RIA Novosti that a father, while trying to save his son from a bear attack, wounded his son’s leg with a shot from a gun. The incident occurred on Friday evening at a livestock parking lot near the village of Inzagatuy.
