«Китай является крупнейшим импортером нефти. Все, что я сейчас буду говорить о статистике, в первую очередь касается ситуации до начала кризиса. Это будет подчеркивать, почему для Китая ситуация кризиса особенно болезненная», — сказал Фролов.

Ранее Китай потреблял порядка 16,5-17 миллионов баррелей нефти в сутки, из которых 11-12 приходилось на импорт. Однако в результате энергетического кризиса, вызванного конфликтом на Ближнем Востоке и блокировкой Ормузского пролива, объем закупок сырья падал примерно до 6,5 миллиона баррелей в сутки.

«У них мощность нефтеперерабатывающих заводов превышает внутренний спрос. Если вы можете адекватно управлять своей экономикой, то вы понимаете, насколько у вас вырастет потребление нефти, и вы закладываете под рост потребления нефти, строительство новых нефтеперерабатывающих заводов. И если у вас все планы совпадают, то все хорошо», — пояснил Фролов.
