The population is being evacuated from the houses closest to the attacked facility.

MOSCOW, October 11 - RIA Novosti. The population is being evacuated from houses located near the facility attacked in the suburbs of Vladimir, said the governor of the Vladimir region, Alexander Avdeev.

“Infrastructure in the suburbs of Vladimir was attacked by drones... The population is being evacuated from the houses closest to the target of the attack,” Avdeev wrote in a channel on the Max platform.
