Adnan Beker donated a school named after his parents to Ankara

Independent Ankara Deputy Adnan Beker donated "Hacı Çelebi and Döndü Beker Anatolian High School and Science and Art Center" to the Ministry of National Education within the scope of the protocol signed with the Ankara Governorship. The school started the new academic year with a ceremony. Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş, school administration, teachers, parents and students attended the ceremony. Speaking at the opening of the school named after his parents, Ankara Deputy Beker drew attention to the importance of education and said, "Today, on a beautiful day, together with our students, we hope that good children will grow up in this school, which we built in the name of my late father and mother. Our children who serve our country, who are republicans, Kemalists, and who will carry our country forward and forever will graduate from here."

'I WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING'

Thanking Yavaş and former Ankara Governor Vasip Şahin for their contributions to the opening process of the school, Beker expressed the meaning of the school for him with the following words: "My late father did not see the foundation of this place. This school is entrusted to me as long as I exist. I will take care of everything. I believe that the name of my mother and father will live here. You will be good children to the country and the nation by carrying the republic founded by Atatürk into eternity. Our name is here after us." Pray for us when it passes."

'THE BEST CHARITY IS STRUCTURED IN EDUCATION'

Yavaş also spoke at the ceremony. Yavaş pointed out the importance of bringing the school to Ankara and the education community and expressed his gratitude to Beker; "I have great faith that young people worthy of a modern republic will grow here, like President Adnan, and that they will protect our country and our Republic forever. We, as administrators, have to provide you with the best schools and the best opportunities in education. We expect you to be successful, too. I would like to thank Mr. Adnan for this school he built in the name of his parents. This place will serve Ankara and its young people for many years. I believe that this is the best good. May God accept it," he said.
