Yavaş also spoke at the ceremony. Yavaş pointed out the importance of bringing the school to Ankara and the education community and expressed his gratitude to Beker; "I have great faith that young people worthy of a modern republic will grow here, like President Adnan, and that they will protect our country and our Republic forever. We, as administrators, have to provide you with the best schools and the best opportunities in education. We expect you to be successful, too. I would like to thank Mr. Adnan for this school he built in the name of his parents. This place will serve Ankara and its young people for many years. I believe that this is the best good. May God accept it," he said.
