Teenagers are arrested on suspicion of raping a vulnerable person inside a school in the interior of SP

Four teenagers were arrested, in Ourinhos (SP), on suspicion of involvement in a case of rape of a vulnerable person in a public school.

According to the Military Police, which served three of the four provisional arrest warrants issued by the Court, two young people were located together at an address on Avenida Santino Brianezi. They were seized in the presence of a responsible person.

Afterwards, the police team went to a school belonging to the Integral Education Program (PEI), where they located the third teenager. The unit director was notified about the warrant and contacted the student's mother, who followed the incident.

Still during the investigations, the PM was informed that the fourth young man wanted for the crime had already been apprehended by a Civil Police team and taken to the Women's Defense Police Station (DDM).

The three teenagers apprehended by the Military Police were taken to the Judiciary Police Center (CPJ), where the cases were registered. All remained seized, at the disposal of the Children and Youth Court.
