8 people lost their lives and 1 person was seriously injured in the armed attacks that took place in the provincial center of Afyonkarahisar, İhsaniye district and Anıtkaya Town. Afyonkarahisar Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that an investigation was launched into the incidents and 1 deputy chief prosecutor and 3 public prosecutors were assigned.

In Afyonkarahisar, attacker Arif Sefa Özdemir carried out armed attacks in three different locations in a row today. 8 people lost their lives and 1 person was seriously injured in the attacks that took place in the city center, İhsaniye district and Anıtkaya Town. The attacker was caught after a long search and taken into custody.

Following the events, an investigation was launched by the Afyonkarahisar Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that 1 deputy chief prosecutor and 3 public prosecutors were assigned within the scope of the investigation.
