August SED payments were deposited into accounts

In his written statement, Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş pointed out that they attach special importance to services for children and stated that they provide "Social and Economic Support" to support children socially and cover their education expenses.

In this regard, Minister Göktaş emphasized that SED supports children alongside their families and within their social environment, and stated that they work to ensure that children grow up as self-confident, educated and healthy individuals with national values.

Underlining that they strive to raise children with family compassion and warmth through family-oriented social service models, Minister Göktaş stated that SED payments increased from 9 thousand 723 lira to 11 thousand 38 lira on average with the increase made according to the civil servant salary coefficient in July.

Göktaş said:

"We believe that children's growth in a family environment has an indispensable role in protecting social values. In this context, we deposited a total of 2 billion 129 million lira SED payment for August into accounts in order to support children socially and cover their education expenses."
