The family's lawyer announced... Attack on Rojin Kabaiş's uncle: 'Leave the Rojin case!'

Ahmet Kabaiş, the uncle of 21-year-old university student Rojin Kabaiş, who disappeared in Van on September 27, 2024 and whose lifeless body was found on the shores of Lake Van 18 days later, was attacked by four masked men in Istanbul.

The family's lawyer, Abdurrahman Karabulut, announced that the attackers threatened the Kabaiş family to give up the case regarding Rojin's death.

The statement made by Lawyer Abdurrahman Karabulut on social media is as follows:

"OPEN THREAT AND ATTACK IN ROJİN KABAİŞ FILE!

Rojin Kabaiş's uncle, my client Ahmet Kabaiş, heard four masked people in Istanbul shouting "Stop the Rojin case!" He was physically attacked with threats.

The attackers also attacked Rojin's father, Nizamettin Kabaiş, saying, "We will make him like you!" They threatened him and fled the scene.

My client Ahmet Kabaiş is currently being taken to the hospital by ambulance.

I am leaving for Istanbul immediately.

This attack is not only aimed at the Kabaiş family, but also at the struggle to reveal the truth about Rojin's death and the search for justice!

I call on the authorities to immediately identify and capture the attackers, to reveal the people and connections behind the attack, and to ensure the security of the Kabaiş family.
