一審判決中，法院認定曾淑惠涉及業務侵占超過4000萬元，其中業務侵占部分判處1年8月徒刑、不得易科罰金，另有刑期及罰金；張國龍判刑4月、併科罰金5萬元，張家芸判刑2月、併科罰金1萬元，緩刑2年。至於家寧被控更改「眾量級」頻道密碼部分，法院認為Andy當時曾先變更頻道收款地址，家寧後續改密碼並非毫無正當理由，因此判決無罪。
