Taxi driver shot his customer in Ankara

In the evening hours in the Demetevler district of Ankara's Yenimahalle district, a citizen named S.G. was attacked by an unidentified taxi driver while he was being dropped off at his home by a taxi after shopping.

Following the notice of the surrounding residents, ambulance and police teams were dispatched to the scene. In the first examination after the ambulance teams arrived at the scene, it was determined that S.G., who was attacked, was seriously injured.

The injured customer was taken to the hospital by ambulance teams. The moments when S.G. took his belongings from the trunk of the taxi and was then attacked with a gun by the taxi driver while he was walking towards the building were captured on the security cameras of a building.

While it was learned that S.G., who was seriously injured in the armed attack, was still in danger of life, police teams started work to identify and capture the taxi driver who fled the scene after the attack.
