The incident took place in Arnavutköy Haraççı District. Allegedly, the mother of Ebrar Ayşesun Güneş, who has been married for about 8 years, fell ill about 8 months ago. Güneş, who went to the hospital frequently for 2 months after her mother was taken to intensive care, faced the reaction of her husband Faruk G.
Faruk G. left the house after the argument. After a while, F.G. canceled the contract with the landlord. He came home and took the belongings out to the street. Ebrar Ayşesun Güneş remained on the street with her 4-year-old son Miraç.
"MY MOTHER WAS IN ICU, MY WIFE WAS BORED OF THIS SITUATION"
Explaining his experiences, Güneş said, "My mother was in intensive care, she was unconscious. I went to the hospital for two months. My wife got tired of this situation. She said, 'Why don't you stay at home?' I said, 'My mother, my conscience is not clear. I am sad, I can't stand it, I'm going to visit her.' One day, when I came home, she had packed her things and left."
ALLEGEDLY HIS BELONGINGS WERE TAKEN TO THE STREET
Güneş stated that after his wife left the house, he met with the landlord and canceled the rental agreement, and then came home and put the belongings in the house in front of the door. With the guidance of her neighbors, Ebrar Ayşesun Güneş met with the representatives of the Ministry of Family and Social Services in the district, and a hotel where she could stay urgently was arranged and procedures were initiated for cash support.
"I LAYED MY 4 YEAR OLD SON ON THE SACKS"
Explaining that he was left on the street with his belongings, Güneş said that he had to lay his 4-year-old son Miraç Furkan among the belongings taken out to the street. Güneş said, "I took my child out in the morning and laid him on the sacks. There has been no breakfast, no food, no water since the morning. I am standing, my head is spinning. If my wife's conscience was hurting, she would not leave us and her child in this situation." Güneş, who said that he wanted to return to his hometown Diyarbakır after the victimization he experienced, stated that he aimed to rebuild a life with his 4-year-old son in the region where his relatives are located.
HE LEFT HIS WIFE, THE MUNICIPALITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES WERE INVOLVED
After it was learned that Ebrar Ayşesun Güneş and 4-year-old Miraç Furkan were left on the street with their belongings, social service teams from Arnavutköy Municipality and the Ministry of Family and Social Services took action. Work has been initiated to address the urgent needs and accommodation problems of the mother and child. Since Güneş wanted to return to his relatives in Diyarbakır, it was learned that the transportation costs of his household goods to Diyarbakır would be covered by Arnavutköy Municipality. It was also stated that emergency cash aid support was provided by the Arnavutköy Social Services Directorate affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Services in order to meet the urgent needs of the family.
