Driver attacks woman with knife after accident - then provides first aid

After an accident, a driver attacked a woman with a knife and slightly injured her. Then the 23-year-old provided first aid himself in Kressbronn on Lake Constance. After the exterior mirrors of the two oncoming drivers - a 52-year-old and the 23-year-old - met on Wednesday, the woman got out to look for the broken car part. The 23-year-old, who had initially continued driving, returned to the scene of the accident and attacked the woman.

According to police, he allegedly pushed her to the ground and slightly injured her with a knife. However, after a change of heart shortly afterwards, he himself provides first aid to the woman. He was arrested and taken to a specialist clinic because of his psychological state of emergency. The 52-year-old was taken to a hospital.
