MOSCOW, October 9 - RIA Novosti. The Russian Ministry of Defense showed footage from the liberated Konstantinovka in the DPR, on the territory of which military personnel continue to search for unexploded ordnance.

The Ministry of Defense published footage from the liberated Konstantinovka, filmed by servicemen of the 84th motorized rifle division and the 72nd separate motorized rifle brigade of the “Southern” group of forces.

“In the footage, military personnel of the “Southern” group of troops in assigned sectors of the city perform tasks to inspect buildings on the territory of industrial enterprises, courtyards of houses, as well as highways for the presence of unexploded ordnance or signs of remote mining of city streets, which can still be carried out by heavy copters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces operating at a great distance,” the message to the video says.

According to the Ministry of Defense, soldiers of the consolidation units pay special attention to industrial areas, such as a metallurgical plant.

“In addition, they are monitoring the situation in the forest belts of the Yubileiny Park, near the monument to the Joseph Stalin tank, as well as in the area of ​​one of the central streets of Konstantinovka - Oleksa Tikhoy Avenue near the Orthodox church and the railway station,” the message says.
